About

I am Bo Lamers, born on July 3, 1994 in The Netherlands. In 2016, I graduated from the University of the Arts, where my work began to take shape and gain recognition. Shortly after, I was honored to be named "Young Talent" by Palet magazine, a moment that affirmed my path in the art world.

One of the significant highlights of my career was when the Delta Lloyd Art Collection acquired one of my pieces. This led to a beautiful exhibition where I had the privilege of displaying my work alongside artists like Marlene Dumas, an experience that I cherish deeply.

Creating art for me feels almost instinctual—it flows naturally, without effort. This intuitive process means that each piece I create is deeply personal and closely connected to who I am. My art is a reflection of my innermost self—expressive, vulnerable, and sensitive. I strive to process my vulnerabilities through my creations, using them as a means to explore and understand my emotions. Through my work, I aim to connect with others on an intimate level, sharing the delicate balance between strength and fragility.
